🌟 Exciting update on my journey with asthma! Just received my thermography report, and it highlights some incredible findings that are helping me understand my health better.

1️⃣ There’s a mild heat pattern on my forehead that may be linked to a pinched nerve in my neck, which shows how interconnected everything is!

2️⃣ The report also indicates some sinus inflammation and congestion that could be affecting my breathing. This has given me valuable insight into the importance of proper cranial motion and sinus health.

3️⃣ I discovered I have mild inflammation in my TM joint and clenching in my jaw, issues that can often go unnoticed but play a role in my overall well-being.

4️⃣ There’s a potential mastoid sinus infection that may stem from Eustachian tube dysfunction, which can affect balance—a fascinating connection!

5️⃣ Additionally, my report pointed out some tight muscles in my neck that might be contributing to blood flow issues.

6️⃣ Lastly, it reveals potential infections around my gums that were previously under the radar.
